Admissions Checklist
The following checklist will help ensure that you have all the necessary components for a completed application. We are unable to process your application until has been compiled completely.

Application Form: Complete, sign and send us an application form.  Please include a photograph of the student applicant to aid our memory during the admissions process.

School, Therapist, Board of Education Reports and Evaluations: A copy of your child’s most recent reports and/or evaluations from his/her current school and current therapists should be included. This must include a psychological.

Step 3

Interview
After your application has been processed, Atidaynu Our Future School will screen the information and may call you to schedule an appointment for your child to be seen either at his or her current school setting and/or at Atidaynu.
